Barry was just wonderful from the initial meeting at my co-op to when the final signatures were on paper at closing. We went through two other brokers before giving Westchester Choice Realty a chance and are sad we did not call them first. They brought the most traffic to the co-op and ultimately had the best results. We always felt like they were really trying hard to sell for us;keeping us informed via e3mail of market conditions, discussing when and if to drop the price without being forceful and actually listening when we wanted to hold as is, scheduling open houses and being prepared for them both pre and during, and of course the amazing photos at listing. We will be back when we start the search for our forever home.
